Welcome! I’m Sean Moxie – inventor of vegan chicken drumsticks, vegan Christmas goose, barbecue flares and much more. Many recipes that have found their way into vegan kitchens around the world originally came from my pen.
Whether it’s v-meat, v-fish, vegan cheese specialties or how to authentically replace eggs in a variety of dishes, with my almost 1000 published creations I can now call myself one of the pioneers of modern, vegan cuisine.
I myself have been vegan since the 90s, so well over 20 years.
I am a chef and work as an author, in food photography and in the food industry. I had my own restaurant for vegan fine dining and have been running this blog (in German) since 2016. With a wide variety of my recipes, almost always with seasonal, regional ingredients, often with treasures from nature that I have foraged myself.
